CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
A 50% deposit for the booking is required at the time of booking.
A £250.00 good housekeeping bond is required by way of pre-authorisation via our secure payment system STRIPE, the pre-authorisation is released immediately on satisfactory check out (Stable One and Colts Barn only).
If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel 7 days prior to your arrival the full cost of your stay will be charged.
Refunds will be given in exceptional circumstances and only at the owner's discretion.
